Description
This fishing gaff is crafted from carbon fiber, which is known for its lightweight and robust properties. It's three times stronger than aluminum of the same size, yet only a quarter of the weight, making it easier to handle. Additionally, it has superior stress, shock, and fatigue resistance compared to aluminum handle gaffs.
The shaft of the gaff is constructed with pulled braided carbon fiber, providing even higher strength and torsional abilities than standard carbon fiber. Its dry twill weave fabric gives it a classic carbon fiber look while offering outstanding strength and stiffness. The handle has a diameter of 3/4" and features multiple layers of high-strength Prepreg Unidirectional Carbon Fiber with a 3K 2 x 2 twill fabric weave on the exterior, which enhances its durability. The 3K twill weave offers slightly more strength than a tighter plain weave.
